These terms apply to every order placed in this spares store, which is operated by Luscombe Mooney Aircraft ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, to our Return Policy and to our Shipping & Payment terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
The minimum order is $100, measured on the cart subtotal before shipping and tax. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the spares. We may decline or cancel any order, including one affected by a pricing or stock error, and if we do we will refund anything you have paid.
Many of our spares are single units. Stock is updated regularly but not instantly, so a part can occasionally sell before your order reaches us. If that happens we will tell you and refund you for that part.
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are added at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
Every part is sold in the condition shown on its product page: New, New Surplus, As Removed, As-Is, Repaired, Overhauled or Serviceable. The Part Condition Guide on our spares page explains each one. The stated condition and part number are what you are buying. Descriptions and photos are provided in good faith to help you identify the part.
We sell spares. We do not decide whether a part is eligible for installation on a particular aircraft. Before installing any part, you are responsible for confirming that it is the correct part, that it is eligible for your aircraft, and that it has been inspected and approved for installation by an appropriately certificated person under the aviation regulations that apply to you. We make no representation that any part is eligible for installation on any particular aircraft.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not give refunds or exchanges, except where we shipped the wrong part or the part arrived damaged in transit, reported within 7 days of delivery. Our Return Policy sets out the details.
Where a part carries a manufacturer's or repair station's warranty that can be transferred, it passes to you. Spares sold As Removed or As-Is carry no warranty of any kind. Other than those transferable warranties and the remedies in our Return Policy, and to the extent the law allows, spares are sold without any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for the part concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including aircraft downtime, labor, or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Some aircraft spares are subject to US export control laws. If you are shipping a part outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with those laws. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot lawfully fill.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown here when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
