Every part is sold in the condition stated on its product page: New, New Surplus, As Removed, As-Is, Repaired, Overhauled or Serviceable. See the Part Condition Guide on the spares page for what each condition means. Please check the condition, part number and fit for your aircraft before you order.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges, with two exceptions: if we shipped the wrong part, or if the part arrived damaged in transit. In either case, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luscombemooney.com, keep all packaging, and we will make it right.
Spares sold As Removed or As-Is are sold without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
It is the buyer's responsibility to have any part inspected and approved for installation by an appropriately certificated person before it is installed on an aircraft.
